Complaint/Concern Procedure - Please familiarize yourself with this procedure.  This document shows the difference between a complaint and a concern, how to file a complaint or concern, as well as the process taken once a complaint or concern has been filed.

Complaint/Concern Form - This form is available if you have an ongoing concern with a provider that you feel impedes a child from receiving exceptional services or hinders the progress of First Steps initiatives.
